SMP Overview
The Strategic Maintenance Planning module is a dynamic repository that can log and administer all Council maintenance management activities and associate these with the appropriate asset.
In this section, users are provided with the tools to:
- Create Council-specific defect checklists, linked Work Activities, standard unit rates, and more;
- Record and track Customer Requests from receipt to completion of the resulting Work Ticket;
- Schedule Routine Maintenance and Inspections, with the ability to track any resultant defects to completion;
- Run out-of-the-box and advanced reports to generate hundreds of specific reports - from works status to council performance and everything in between; and
- Roll reports over into fully-customisable pivot tables and graphs and export these to a variety of file formats.
A detailed flowchart illustrating how myData Premium's Strategic Maintenance Planning module can complement a Council's existing works management framework is included at the end of this document.
